Fast Cabbage Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 medium-sized carrot, sliced into thin sticks
02 - ½ head of green cabbage (about 1 lb)
03 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
04 - 3 medium eggs, whisked
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

→ Sauce

06 - 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
08 - 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
09 - 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

→ Oil & Seasoning

10 - 4 tablespoons olive oil (used in parts)
11 - Salt as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir the beaten eggs until scrambled, then set them aside on a plate.
02 - Using the same pan, pour in another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the garlic and onion, cooking for about a minute.
03 - Put 2 more tablespoons of olive oil into the skillet, then toss in the cabbage and carrot. Stir everything and cook with a lid on for 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Pour in the light and dark soy sauces, along with the oyster sauce and sugar. Let it cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
05 - Taste and add salt if needed. Put the eggs back into the skillet and stir to mix everything together well.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in some glass noodles if you'd like more texture
02 - Can be refrigerated for up to 4 days
03 - Freeze it for as long as 3 months
