Set your oven to 425°F to warm up.

In a 9x13 pan, toss together the rotini, marinara, water, and meatballs. Add a pinch of salt.

Cover tightly with foil and let it bake for 35 minutes.

Give it a stir and sample the pasta to see if it’s cooked through. Bake a little longer if it’s still firm.

Sprinkle the mozzarella all over the top.

Bake it again, this time uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
