Easy Green Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup almond milk.
02 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
03 - 1.5 cups plain flour.
04 - 1/2 cup sugar.
05 - 1.5 teaspoons baking powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1/4 cup coconut oil.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
09 - 1.5 teaspoons matcha powder.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder for glaze.
12 - 2 tablespoons almond milk for glaze.
13 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil for glaze.
14 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 180°C and get your donut tray greased and ready. Stir vinegar into almond milk and leave for 5 minutes.
02 - In a big bowl, sift in flour, matcha, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Toss in the sugar and stir it all together.
03 - Stir the almond milk mix with vanilla and melted coconut oil until smooth.
04 - Add wet ingredients to your dry ones and blend gently. Don’t overmix—your batter should be on the thick side.
05 - Fill the donut pan about 3/4 full using a piping bag. Bake for roughly 10 to 12 minutes.
06 - Let donuts sit in the tray for about 5 minutes. Then move them onto a rack to cool totally.
07 - Stir together the glaze ingredients until totally smooth. Dip your donuts in the glaze and add toppings fast before it sets.

# Notes:

01 - The glaze dries in no time, so add your toppings right away.
02 - You can adjust the glaze by adding more milk or sugar for desired thickness.
03 - Feel free to use any type of non-dairy milk.
