Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Salmon Pieces

01 - 1 pound salmon filets without skin, sliced into 1-inch chunks
02 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

→ Bang Bang Dressing

08 - 1/2 cup mayo (use light if preferred)
09 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (add extra if you'd like it spicier)
11 - 1.5 teaspoons honey
12 - 1 tablespoon water (adjust for thickness)
13 - 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl or give them a good shake in a mason jar. Chill in the fridge till ready. Add a splash of water for thinning if needed.
02 - Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F. Combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Dry off your salmon chunks with paper towels. Toss them in a bowl, give them a spritz of cooking oil, and mix with your seasoning till everything's coated nicely.
04 - Lightly spray your air fryer basket with oil. Spread the seasoned salmon pieces in one layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping midway. Fish should stay moist but be cooked through.
