Hoisin Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
03 - 1 cup bok choy, shredded.
04 - 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
07 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar.
08 - 1 medium onion, sliced.
09 - 1 large carrot, shredded.
10 - 9 ounces ramen noodles.
11 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
12 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
13 - 3 green onions, chopped.
14 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the ramen until slightly tender, following the packet's instructions. Drain well and leave it aside.
02 - Heat up oil in a big pan on high. Drop in the beef and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes to get a good sear. Stir and finish browning.
03 - Stir fry onion for about a minute. Toss in garlic and cook just 30 seconds. Add bok choy and carrots, cooking until slightly soft.
04 - Mix the noodles into the veggies and beef. Pour in soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and vinegar. Stir everything until coated evenly.
05 - Top with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh for 3–4 days in the fridge.
02 - If it dries out, warm it up with a splash of water.
