Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb of ground beef.
02 - 12 ounces of bowtie pasta.
03 - 1 diced small onion.
04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - Half a cup of shredded cheese.
07 - 1 can (14.5 ounces) of diced tomatoes.
08 - 1 cup of beef broth.
09 - A teaspoon of paprika.
10 - Half a cup of heavy cream.
11 - Salt and pepper to your taste.
12 - Parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to cook the pasta until just right. Strain and leave it aside for now.
02 - Put the ground beef in a pan and cook it over medium heat until no longer pink, roughly 5-7 minutes. Get rid of the extra grease.
03 - Warm up the oil in a skillet and throw in the onion and garlic. Let them soften for about 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Mix in the diced tomatoes, broth, paprika, plus a bit of salt and pepper. Let it gently bubble for 5 to 10 minutes.
05 - Pour in the heavy cream and toss in the cheese, stirring until everything melts together smoothly.
06 - Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce. Stir and heat for another 2-3 minutes to bring it all together.
07 - Top it with chopped parsley and serve while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap the bowtie pasta for another short variety.
02 - If you like, add veggies like mushrooms or bell peppers.
03 - Thin out the sauce by splashing in a bit more broth.
