Brie Phyllo Cups

# Ingredients:

3 ounces of brie, cubed and without the rind.

15 pre-made phyllo cups.
03 -
2 tablespoons of fresh honey.
04 -
2 tablespoons of blackberry preserves.
05 -
A few sprigs (2-3) of thyme for garnish.
06 -
15 ripe blackberries.
# Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking tray with the phyllo cups.

Spoon a little blackberry preserve and honey into each cup, then pop in a brie cube.
03 -
Bake for about 6 to 8 minutes, just until the brie melts and the cups are golden.
04 -
Add a blackberry and a few thyme leaves on top of each. Drizzle some extra honey if you’d like, then enjoy right away.
# Notes:

You can get everything ready 2-3 hours ahead, then bake when you're ready.
02 -
Let them cool on a wire rack after baking so they stay crispy.
