Blue Superfood Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 6–8 celery stalks with leaves removed
02 - 2 small heads of baby romaine lettuce (or 1 larger head of romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce)
03 - 3 green apples, like Granny Smith

→ Superfood Powder

04 - 1 to 2 teaspoons of blue spirulina powder

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse everything well. If your juicer fits bigger chunks, there’s no need to chop. Otherwise, cut up produce so it fits.
02 - Feed all the produce through the juicer. If you’d like, you can strain the juice while pouring it into a large pitcher.
03 - Mix in blue spirulina using a whisk, a milk frother, or a quick blend.
04 - Serve right away over ice. Enjoy it super fresh.

# Notes:

01 - This drink combines leafy greens and spirulina for a healthy pick-me-up. Use more spirulina to deepen the blue color.
02 - Apple seeds aren’t a problem in this amount, but take them out if you want to.
