Tater Tot Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large eggs.
02 - 16-ounce package of breakfast sausage.
03 - 1 1/2 cups of milk or heavy cream.
04 - 24-ounce bag of frozen tater tots.
05 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar.
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
07 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 dish.
02 - Cook the sausage until browned, breaking it into small bits, and get rid of the extra grease.
03 - Beat the eggs along with the cream and seasoning.
04 - Start with a layer of tots, followed by the cooked sausage and shredded cheese. Pour the beaten egg mixture evenly over everything.
05 - Before baking, cover the dish with foil. Bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and cook it another 15-20 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare it the night before if you want.
02 - Cream will give it a richer texture than milk.
03 - Start checking if it's cooked through around 40 minutes.
