03 - A sprinkle of Italian herbs (1 teaspoon).
04 - Fresh parsley, chopped, to finish.
05 - 4 tablespoons of butter (unsalted).
06 - 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - A splash of olive oil (2 tablespoons).
08 - 12 ounces of fettuccine or your favorite pasta.
09 - ½ cup of chicken stock.
10 - 2 more tablespoons of butter for making the cream sauce.
11 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
12 - A cup of heavy cream.
13 - Add some salt and pepper to your liking.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in hot, salted water. Once it's done, drain and set it somewhere handy.
02 - Warm up oil in a big skillet. Toss in the seasoned chicken, cooking for 6-8 minutes till it's golden. Take it out and set aside.
03 - In the same pan, melt some butter and stir in garlic until it smells amazing. Add back the cooked chicken and coat it in the buttery mix.
04 - In another skillet, sauté garlic with butter. Pour in the cream and broth, let it bubble gently. Slowly whisk in cheese until it's smooth and creamy.
05 - Mix cooked pasta with the creamy sauce. Pile on the chicken and sprinkle parsley over the top.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best while the sauce stays rich and smooth.
02 - Feel free to swap out the fettuccine for any kind of pasta you like.
