01 - 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
02 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
03 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
04 - 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
05 - 1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits or chewy caramel squares, unwrapped
06 - 1 cup crushed graham crackers

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium pot, heat caramel bits with the heavy cream over a low flame. Keep mixing until the mixture turns smooth.
02 - Take the pot off the stove, toss in the marshmallows, and mix them up until they're coated and gooey.
03 - Dump the marshmallow-caramel blend over the Rice Krispies in a big mixing bowl. Gently stir to get it evenly distributed.
04 - Grease your hands, grab bits of the mixture, and roll them into 1-inch balls. Set them on parchment or wax paper to cool.
05 - Roll the balls through crushed graham crackers and, if using, mini chocolate chips. Let them sit until they're no longer sticky.
