Caramel Cracker Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (9 oz) of oyster crackers.
02 - 1 cup (or 2 sticks) of butter.
03 - 1 cup packed brown sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - 1 teaspoon of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Lay parchment paper on your baking sheet, then scatter the crackers in a single layer.
02 - Melt the butter in a pot on the stove, mixing in the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Keep stirring until it’s all smooth, and let it bubble for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
03 - Drizzle the caramel sauce over the crackers, making sure they’re covered well. Sprinkle the salt on top.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 7-9 minutes, keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
05 - Let it cool all the way before breaking it into pieces. Put the clusters in a sealed container for storage.
