Cheese Egg Protein Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ cup thick cottage cheese
02 - 2 eggs
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder (if you want)
04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder (if you want)

→ Garnish

05 - Dried oregano to sprinkle on top

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F/177°C. Put parchment on a quarter sheet pan and give it a light spray of cooking oil.
02 - Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and powders (garlic and onion) until they're all smooth.
03 - Put your mix on the pan, smooth it out flat. Throw some oregano on top and cook for 30-40 minutes till it's nice and brown.
04 - Let it cool down for 5 minutes before you use it for wraps or pizza.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the cottage cheese isn't too wet
02 - Look at it after 30 minutes since all ovens heat differently
03 - Works great for wraps or as a pizza bottom
