Cheesy Sausage Snack Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 ounces of cream cheese
02 - 1 cup of grated cheese
03 - Two sausages, preferably kielbasa or smoked ones (12 oz each)
04 - 8 ounces crescent roll dough (two packs)
05 - 2 teaspoons of poppy seeds

→ Glaze

06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
08 - 1/3 cup of melted butter
09 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and grease a big baking sheet lightly.
02 - Flatten one sheet of crescent dough, and smooth out the seams so you'll have one solid sheet to work with.
03 - Lay a sausage along the edge of the dough. Add shredded cheese over the surface, then tightly roll the dough around the sausage. Seal the edges by pinching them into place.
04 - Do the same with the other dough, but this time smear cream cheese on half of the sheet instead of using grated cheese.
05 - Slice the rolls into pieces about 3/4 inch thick, and set them up on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Mix together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl, then brush the glaze all over the rolls. Add the poppy seeds on top.
07 - Put it in the oven for around 15 to 18 minutes. They're ready when they're crispy and golden.
08 - Serve them warm with whatever dipping sauce you like, such as mustard or ketchup.

# Notes:

01 - These crispy, cheesy sausage bites are great when you're craving something quick and tasty. Smoky kielbasa wrapped in flakey pastry pairs perfectly with creamy cheese stuffing. The Dijon glaze adds a zesty kick, while poppy seeds add a subtle crunch.
