01 -
Set your oven to 400°F and grease a big baking sheet lightly.
02 -
Flatten one sheet of crescent dough, and smooth out the seams so you'll have one solid sheet to work with.
03 -
Lay a sausage along the edge of the dough. Add shredded cheese over the surface, then tightly roll the dough around the sausage. Seal the edges by pinching them into place.
04 -
Do the same with the other dough, but this time smear cream cheese on half of the sheet instead of using grated cheese.
05 -
Slice the rolls into pieces about 3/4 inch thick, and set them up on the prepared baking sheet.
06 -
Mix together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl, then brush the glaze all over the rolls. Add the poppy seeds on top.
07 -
Put it in the oven for around 15 to 18 minutes. They're ready when they're crispy and golden.
08 -
Serve them warm with whatever dipping sauce you like, such as mustard or ketchup.
