01 -
Turn your oven on and set it to 375°F so it heats up before cooking.
02 -
Cut out parchment paper to match the size of your roll tray. Spread out the beef on the paper, shaping a rectangle to fit the tray. Go slightly bigger since the meat will shrink when cooking!
03 -
Sprinkle the meat with pepper and seasoned salt. Move the paper with meat onto a baking sheet that has rims. Bake for about 15-17 minutes or until all the juices run clear.
04 -
While the patty cooks, cut the connected rolls right in half (horizontally!) to make one giant top piece and one bottom piece. Then melt the butter and mix it well with garlic salt for your topping.
05 -
After the meat's done, pour off any grease. Put the bottom half of the rolls upside down on the cooked beef, flip the whole thing onto a clean baking tray, and peel away the parchment paper. Toss the cheese slices on top of the meat, then add the top buns and smear on the garlic butter.
06 -
Stick it back in the oven for 3-4 minutes so the cheese gets melty and the buns turn golden-brown. You can wrap them in foil afterwards if you want softer rolls. Slice into sliders and serve while warm!
