Cheeseburger Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - 12 ounces of pasta (macaroni or penne).
03 - 1 onion, chopped into small pieces.
04 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1 cup mustard (your preferred type).
06 - 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
07 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
08 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
09 - 1 cup ketchup.
10 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your liking.
11 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
12 - Optional garnishes: extra cheese, crumbled bacon, or diced pickles.

# Instructions:

01 - In salted boiling water, cook the pasta until just firm enough to chew. Drain it completely, then leave it aside for later.
02 - Heat oil and cook diced onions and garlic. Toss in the beef and cook until it's browned all the way. Remove excess grease.
03 - Warm the cream, then slowly stir in the shredded cheeses until they melt and the mixture's smooth. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
04 - Grab a big bowl and toss in the cooked pasta, beef mix, mustard, ketchup, and the creamy cheese sauce. Stir it all up until everything’s coated.
05 - Pour into an oiled baking pan, sprinkle on extra cheese if you want. Bake it at 375°F for around 20 minutes.
