Cheesy Walnut Dates (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
02 - A pinch of sea salt (1/4 teaspoon).
03 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
04 - One orange (use zest and 2 teaspoons of juice).
05 - 12 ounces of Medjool dates (seeds removed).
06 - 4 ounces of room-temp goat cheese.
07 - 1/3 cup of walnuts (chopped finely).
08 - 2 teaspoons of minced fresh rosemary.
09 - Hot honey to drizzle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Cut the dates open along their length. Stuff each one with 1-2 teaspoons of creamy goat cheese.
02 - Combine the chopped walnuts, rosemary, cinnamon, salt, orange zest, orange juice, and olive oil in a bowl.
03 - Place your stuffed dates into a baking dish and cover with the walnut mixture.
04 - Let them bake for 15 minutes, then allow to cool for another 5.
05 - Move the dates to a serving plate, drizzle them with the hot honey, and enjoy warm.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
02 - Warm them up at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
03 - Let the goat cheese soften to room temperature first.
