Cheesy Beef & Sauce Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 450 grams (1 lb) of ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, diced finely
03 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up
04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon of chili powder
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
09 - 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Sour Cream Sauce

10 - 1 tablespoon of mustard (yellow or Dijon)
11 - 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
12 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
13 - 2 tablespoons of sour cream
14 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
15 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

→ To Make Wraps

16 - 4 big tortillas
17 - 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped into small pieces
18 - 1 cup of lettuce, shredded
19 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the onion for 3-4 minutes. Then add garlic and stir for another minute. Toss in the ground beef and brown it for about 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle the spices, stir, and finish with the cheddar cheese.
02 - Whisk the mustard, mayo, sour cream, ketchup, and seasonings together until it’s smooth.
03 - Spread some sauce on each tortilla. Top it with lettuce, tomato, your cooked beef, and some mozzarella.
04 - Fold the sides in, roll it up snugly from the bottom, cut it in half, and enjoy.
