Cheesy Meatloaf Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of lean ground beef.
02 - A tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
03 - Three cloves of garlic, finely minced.
04 - 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion.
05 - Two tablespoons of brown sugar.
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - One cup of Italian-style breadcrumbs.
08 - 1/3 cup crispy bacon bits.
09 - 3 cups of creamy mashed potatoes.
10 - A pinch of salt and pepper to your liking.
11 - 1 1/2 cups of sharp cheddar, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F to preheat.
02 - Toss together the ground beef, minced garlic, onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in breadcrumbs, egg, and sprinkle in some salt and pepper.
03 - Spread the meat mixture into an 8-inch pan and layer it with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
04 - Pop some foil over it and bake for half an hour. Then, uncover and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.

01 - You can make it ahead of time.
02 - Will stay good in the fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Leftover mashed potatoes work fine here.
