→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
02 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 cup milk
04 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 3 cups Bisquick mix
07 - 1 pound raw sausage

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 350°F and lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Put the sausage, Bisquick, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, cayenne, and milk into a stand mixer or food processor. Blend until it’s all evenly mixed.
03 - Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and set them on the baking sheet you just prepped.
04 - Pop them into the oven for around 15 minutes, or until they turn a nice golden color. Let them sit for a little while before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - These cheesy sausage bites have a crisp outside with a soft and flavorful inside. Perfect as a breakfast treat, a quick snack, or for festive occasions.
02 - You can freeze them before cooking—freeze flat for about 15 minutes, then toss into freezer bags. Thaw them before baking later.
03 - Feel free to experiment—try out some spice, add fresh herbs like parsley, or switch up the cheeses you use.
04 - Got leftovers? Keep them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
