Cherry Earl Grey Milk (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 1/2 cup milk (any kind works)
02 - 1 Earl Grey tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
03 - 1 cup of water

→ Flavorings

04 - Ice cubes (if making the iced version, it's optional)
05 - 1-2 tsp vanilla syrup, adjust to taste
06 - A cinnamon stick (use only if you fancy it)
07 - 4 or 5 fresh cherries, pitted and cut into halves

# Instructions:

01 - In a small pan, cook cherries with 2 tbsp water for a few minutes until soft. Mash lightly to get the juices out.
02 - Boil 1 cup of water, then let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes. Take out the tea bag or strain the loose leaves.
03 - Mix the milk with the softened cherries in the pan, along with the cinnamon stick if you're using it. Heat it slowly while stirring.
04 - Stir the vanilla syrup into the milk mix. In a mug, pour the tea, then strain the cherry-milk mix into it, pressing cherries for extra juice. Give it a good stir.
05 - Drink it warm while fresh, or let it chill to pour over ice. Add a cherry or a cinnamon stick for flair if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - This creamy tea blends Earl Grey's bright citrusy flavor with cherries and vanilla. Perfect warm or iced!
