Chicken and Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 medium onion, cut thick into slices
02 - 1/2 pound broccoli chopped into bite-sized florets
03 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, diced into chunks about 1 inch

→ Marinade

04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
06 - 2 teaspoons honey
07 - 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
08 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or Tamari (great if you're avoiding gluten)
09 - Salt and black pepper (adjust to your taste)
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (if you're gluten-free, white vinegar works too)
11 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
12 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
13 - 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Combine everything listed as marinade into one bowl and stir it until smooth.
02 - Grab two separate bowls. Add chicken to one and onions with broccoli to the other. Divide the marinade evenly, tossing to coat everything thoroughly.
03 - Warm up the air fryer to 380°F. Arrange the chicken in a flat layer in the air fryer basket, cooking it for about 10 minutes.
04 - Toss the seasoned broccoli and onions with the chicken. Let it air fry another 8–11 minutes, giving it a good stir halfway. Stop once the chicken's done and cooked through.
