Set your oven to 400°F. If chicken tenders are frozen, let them sit out on the counter for 5 minutes before cutting.

In a 9x13 dish, spread the warm mashed potatoes evenly. Add the corn and sprinkle the cheese over the top.

Cut the tenders into your preferred size and arrange the pieces across the top.

Put the dish in the oven without a lid and bake for 15 minutes if using fresh chicken or 20 minutes for frozen.

While it’s baking, prepare the gravy. Once the dish is out of the oven, drizzle the gravy on top right before serving.
