Cheesy Chicken Potato Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - About 5 to 6 cups of mashed potatoes
02 - One cup of sweet corn kernels
03 - One cup of freshly shredded cheddar cheese

→ Topping

04 - 8 chicken tenders (either homemade or store-bought frozen)
05 - Brown gravy mix or homemade gravy

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F. If chicken tenders are frozen, let them sit out on the counter for 5 minutes before cutting.
02 - In a 9x13 dish, spread the warm mashed potatoes evenly. Add the corn and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
03 - Cut the tenders into your preferred size and arrange the pieces across the top.
04 - Put the dish in the oven without a lid and bake for 15 minutes if using fresh chicken or 20 minutes for frozen.
05 - While it’s baking, prepare the gravy. Once the dish is out of the oven, drizzle the gravy on top right before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Reheat cold mashed potatoes before starting.
02 - Popcorn chicken works well as a substitute for tenders.
03 - This dish is perfect for prepping in advance.
