Chicken Tzatziki Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - Two boneless, skinless chicken breasts, large-sized
02 - 1 tsp oregano, dried
03 - Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
04 - A pinch of salt and a dash of pepper

→ Salad

05 - A small red onion, sliced thinly
06 - Four cups of chopped romaine leaves
07 - 1/2 an English cucumber, cut into semi-circle shapes
08 - One cup of cherry tomatoes, split in half
09 - Half a cup of pitted Kalamata olives

→ For Serving

10 - Tzatziki, 2 cups
11 - Crumbled feta cheese, 1/2 cup
12 - 1/2 cup of your favorite Greek-style dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Warm a grill pan over medium-high heat and pour in the olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano on the chicken. Cook each side for 5–7 minutes until the inside hits 165°F. Let it rest, then cut into strips.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, toss together cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, chopped lettuce, onion, and olives. Mix with the Greek dressing to coat everything evenly.
03 - Lay the chicken on top of the salad. Add spoonfuls of tzatziki and sprinkle with the crumbled feta.
