Lava Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup heavy cream for the gooey center.
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for the gooey center.
03 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips for the gooey center.
04 - 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter for the brownie base.
05 - 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips for the brownie base.
06 - 4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 3/4 cup regular flour.
09 - 1 1/2 cups of white sugar.
10 - 1 yolk and 3 whole eggs.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon of fine sea salt.
12 - Raspberries (optional, for serving).

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the filling mix until melted, then freeze it until hard.
02 - Roll the filling into 6 balls, leave them in the freezer.
03 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease the muffin tray.
04 - Melt the brownie butter and chocolates together.
05 - Whisk sugar, eggs, and vanilla together until fluffy.
06 - Add everything for the brownies into the same bowl.
07 - Pour brownie mix into tin, drop frozen filling in the center.
08 - Bake for 25 minutes. Edges should set but center stays soft.

# Notes:

01 - Should be eaten warm right away.
02 - Okay to prep 1 day ahead.
03 - Tastes best straight out of the oven.
04 - Freezing center is a must for gooey texture.
