# Ingredients:

→ Bread Mix

01 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour
02 - 3/4 cup white sugar
03 - 1/2 cup tangy buttermilk
04 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
05 - 1/4 cup room temp butter (unsalted)
06 - 2 big eggs
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons real vanilla
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Spiced Mixture

10 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 - 1/2 teaspoon dark molasses

→ Dusting Topper

13 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
14 - 1/4 cup white sugar
15 - 1/4 cup soft brown sugar
16 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven up to 350°F (175°C). Butter up a 9x5-inch bread pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder, and salt.
02 - Mix the vegetable oil, softened butter, and sugar until nice and creamy (about 3-4 minutes). Beat in the eggs one after the other, then add your vanilla. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk—start with the dry and end with the dry.
03 - Scoop out 3/4 cup of the batter into a smaller bowl. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and molasses till it’s smooth.
04 - Spread half the plain batter into the loaf pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon batter on top and swirl it into the base layer with a knife. Add the rest of the plain batter, then swirl in the remaining cinnamon mix.
05 - Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
06 - Melt the butter in one dish. In another dish, blend the sugars and cinnamon. Take the cooled bread and coat it in butter, then roll it in the sugar blend. Allow it to fully cool before slicing into it.
