# Ingredients:

01 - 3 eggs, large, with whites and yolks separated
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
03 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
04 - 1/2 cup smooth cottage cheese, blended thoroughly

06 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and cover a baking sheet with a layer of parchment paper.
02 - Carefully place yolks and whites into two separate bowls without mixing.
03 - Throw in the cream of tartar with the whites, then whip them until stiff peaks form.
04 - Mix the yolks together with the cottage cheese, salt, and optional extras until smooth and combined.
05 - Add whipped whites to the yolk mixture gradually in three parts. Do it carefully so the fluffiness stays intact.
06 - Drop dollops of the mix onto the lined tray, aiming for 6-8 portions. Bake for 25-30 minutes till they're golden. Let them cool fully before enjoying.
