Low Carb Cloud Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon
02 - Salt, a quarter teaspoon
03 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 50 grams (1.8 oz) of cottage cheese
05 - Three large eggs, whites and yolks separated

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 150°C (300°F).
02 - Carefully put yolks in one bowl and whites in a different one.
03 - Whip egg whites with some baking powder until they form stiff peaks using an electric mixer.
04 - Mix cottage cheese and egg yolks until smooth, using a separate mixing bowl.
05 - Take the yolk and cheese mixture, folding it gently into the whites little by little. Sprinkle in the salt and seasoning without losing the fluffiness.
06 - Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper in 6 circles on a baking tray. Let them bake for around 20 minutes, keeping an eye after 15 minutes for a light golden color.
