Turn on your oven and set it to 150°C (300°F).

Carefully put yolks in one bowl and whites in a different one.

Whip egg whites with some baking powder until they form stiff peaks using an electric mixer.

Mix cottage cheese and egg yolks until smooth, using a separate mixing bowl.

Take the yolk and cheese mixture, folding it gently into the whites little by little. Sprinkle in the salt and seasoning without losing the fluffiness.

Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper in 6 circles on a baking tray. Let them bake for around 20 minutes, keeping an eye after 15 minutes for a light golden color.
