Tiramisu Chocolate Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups smashed ladyfingers
02 - 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
03 - 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon coffee powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Outer Layer

06 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips
07 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder, with extra for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Combine your smashed ladyfingers with mascarpone, confectioners' sugar, coffee powder, and vanilla until everything's blended into a creamy mix.
02 - Scoop the mixture by tablespoons and roll into small balls. Stick them in the refrigerator for half an hour to get firm.
03 - Slowly melt the chocolate chips in your microwave, stopping to stir frequently until you've got a smooth liquid.
04 - Take each cold ball and either dunk in the melted chocolate or tumble through cocoa powder, based on what you like.
05 - Sprinkle a bit more cocoa powder on top of your treats, then cool them for about 15 minutes so the outside hardens.
