Holiday Fudge Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 3/4 cups of white chocolate chips (24 oz).
02 - One can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz).
03 - A teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
04 - 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries (6 oz).
05 - A tiny pinch of salt.
06 - Sparkly sugar decorations, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Put parchment paper in a 9x9 pan, leaving extra on the edges to lift out later.
02 - Microwave the chocolate chips and condensed milk for 60 seconds. Give it a stir until smooth. If necessary, zap it for another 30 seconds.
03 - Add vanilla, cranberries, and salt, then mix until everything’s combined.
04 - Pour the mix into the prepared pan and smooth out the surface. Sprinkle the sugar decorations on top, pressing gently if you’re using them.
05 - Leave it on the counter for 2-3 hours to firm up, or chill in the fridge.
06 - Cut into squares and store in layers separated by wax paper.

# Notes:

01 - Good for 2 weeks at room temperature.
02 - Keeps fresh in the fridge for 5 weeks.
03 - You can freeze it for up to 3 months.
