Cranberry Pecan Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
02 - 1 cup of pecans, chopped roughly.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt, optional.
04 - 2 cups of white chocolate chips.
05 - 1 cup of dried cranberries.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, running the microwave in 30-second bursts. Stir after each burst until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
02 - Add the dried cranberries, a pinch of salt (if using), pecans, and vanilla into the smooth chocolate. Stir it all together so everything’s evenly covered in chocolate.
03 - Grab a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it to make clusters of the size you like best.
04 - Leave the clusters at room temp to harden for about 1 hour. If you’re in a hurry, stick them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes instead.
05 - Once they’re firm, dig in! Store any leftover clusters in an airtight box at room temperature, or toss in the fridge if you want them cooler.

# Notes:

01 - A sprinkle of salt makes the sweetness of the chocolate pop and keeps the cranberry tartness in check, giving the mix a great sweet-salty vibe.
02 - Need them faster? Pop them in the fridge to harden up quickly.
