Heat the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, running the microwave in 30-second bursts. Stir after each burst until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Add the dried cranberries, a pinch of salt (if using), pecans, and vanilla into the smooth chocolate. Stir it all together so everything’s evenly covered in chocolate.

Grab a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it to make clusters of the size you like best.

Leave the clusters at room temp to harden for about 1 hour. If you’re in a hurry, stick them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes instead.

Once they’re firm, dig in! Store any leftover clusters in an airtight box at room temperature, or toss in the fridge if you want them cooler.
