Creamy Coconut Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz evaporated milk.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 2 cinnamon sticks.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
05 - 1 1/2 cups rum.
06 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
08 - 4 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional).
09 - 4 oz raisins (optional).
10 - 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk.
11 - 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut.

# Instructions:

01 - If you'd like, let the raisins and cinnamon sticks soak in the rum for anywhere between a day and a week.
02 - Toss all the other ingredients into a blender and puree until they're silky smooth.
03 - Pour in the rum mixture and give it a really good shake.
04 - Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours to thicken up and let the flavors mingle.
05 - Before pouring, give it a hearty shake. Feel free to dress it up with a coconut-coated rim or a sprinkle of spices.

# Notes:

01 - Lasts in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
02 - Shake each time before serving.
03 - You can skip the rum if you'd prefer.
