03 - Marinara sauce (two 24-ounce jars)
04 - Large eggs (2)
05 - Sour cream (1/2 cup)
06 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
07 - Fresh parsley or basil for sprinkling
08 - Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
09 - Cream cheese, softened (8 ounces)
10 - Garlic, minced (3 cloves)
11 - Grated Parmesan cheese (1 cup)
12 - Shredded mozzarella cheese (3 cups, split)
13 - Ricotta cheese, drained (15 ounces)
14 - Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
15 - Finely chopped onion (1 small)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 pan. Boil pasta until just under al dente, then drain.
02 - In a skillet, brown the sausage with onion. Add the marinara and garlic, letting it simmer for 10 minutes.
03 - Whip cream cheese, then mix in ricotta, sour cream, eggs, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, pepper, and salt.
04 - Stir in one cup of the sauce into the cheese blend. Mix in cooked pasta, then layer in pan with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
05 - Cover tightly with sprayed foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake another 20 until bubbling. Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Swap ricotta with cottage cheese if you'd like.
02 - Don't cook pasta fully to avoid it getting mushy.
03 - You can assemble it early and chill in the fridge.
