Creamy Ham Quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 green onion, finely sliced.
02 - 2 oz of smooth cream cheese.
03 - 3 large eggs.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire.
05 - 1 full cup of diced ham.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce.
07 - 1 deep dish pie crust, 9-inch.
08 - 1 cup of rich heavy cream.
09 - 3 spoonfuls of sour cream.
10 - 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Toss the ham into a skillet for a few minutes (3-5) to dry it out.
02 - Stir together the cream cheese, diced ham, Worcestershire, and hot sauce until blended.
03 - Place the ham mix in the crust, then sprinkle on the cheddar and chopped green onion.
04 - Beat the eggs with sour cream and heavy cream. Pour this smooth mix over the ham filling.
05 - Pop it in the oven for about an hour, until everything's firm and cooked through.

01 - You can freeze it before baking for another day.
02 - Let it thaw fully if frozen before baking.
03 - Reheat already-baked, frozen quiche at 350°F for 30-40 minutes with a cover on.
