In a mixing bowl, throw in the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat them together with a mixer until the texture is nice and creamy. Put it to the side for now.

Take another bowl and pour in the heavy cream. Using a whisk on a hand or stand mixer, whip it for 2-3 minutes until it reaches soft-medium peaks.

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix, making sure everything blends well.

Scoop the dip into a broad dish and spoon the strawberry jam on top. Use a knife to swirl the jam around, giving it a pretty, streaky look.
