Crispy Air Fryer Fajitas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - About 1 lb of chicken breasts, no skin or bones, and cut into strips
02 - 1 onion with purple skin, chopped into wedges
03 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thick strips about half an inch wide
04 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thick strips about half an inch wide
05 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thick strips about half an inch wide

→ Seasonings

06 - 3 spoonfuls of your favorite fajita spice mix
07 - 1 spoonful of cooking oil like vegetable oil

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Guacamole or slices of avocado
09 - Fresh pico de gallo
10 - Soft tortillas warmed up

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and let it warm up for a few minutes.
02 - Pour the oil over the chicken and toss with the fajita mix. Add in the peppers and onions, making sure it's all covered evenly.
03 - Spread the chicken and veggies across the air fryer basket without piling them too high. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking things up halfway through so they cook evenly.
04 - Dish it up hot with warmed tortillas, guacamole or avocado, and some fresh pico de gallo on the side.
