Crispy Avocado Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Lime juice if you like.
02 - 3 firm, not-too-soft avocados.
03 - Cooking spray to coat.
04 - A cup of crisp panko crumbs.
05 - An optional sprinkle of coarse salt.
06 - Two large whisked eggs.
07 - Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
09 - Half a cup of creamy ranch dressing.
10 - 2 tablespoons of hot sriracha sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut avocados in half, get rid of the pits, and gently scoop them out whole. Make 5 slices from each half.
02 - Combine the panko crumbs with Parmesan and pepper. Dip the avocado pieces in whisked eggs first, then cover them with the crumb mixture.
03 - Give the air fryer basket a spray. Cook avocado slices at 350°F for 3 minutes on each side till crispy and golden.
04 - Stir the sriracha and ranch together till blended.
05 - Let cool for a bit, sprinkle with some salt, squeeze lime if you want, then enjoy with the dip.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best fresh and warm.
02 - Can use the oven at 350°F for about 10-12 mins.
03 - Firm avocados work better.
