Crispy Air Fryer Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb cod fillets
02 - Salt and pepper, use as needed

→ Breading Station

03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 2 teaspoons Old Bay spice mix
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
09 - A few sprays of olive oil spray
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cod fillets.
02 - Grab three bowls: pour flour in one, beat the eggs with some salt in the second, and combine Panko, parmesan, Old Bay, and garlic powder in the last one.
03 - Dip each fillet in the flour, then cover it in egg, and finish with a Panko coating.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer with olive oil. Put the fish in, cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 3-5 minutes. Check that it's cooked through at 145°F.
