Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cod fillets.

Grab three bowls: pour flour in one, beat the eggs with some salt in the second, and combine Panko, parmesan, Old Bay, and garlic powder in the last one.

Dip each fillet in the flour, then cover it in egg, and finish with a Panko coating.

Lightly spray the air fryer with olive oil. Put the fish in, cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 3-5 minutes. Check that it's cooked through at 145°F.
