Mix together both kinds of crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, and salt. Let it chill for half an hour.

Grab one bowl for the eggs and another one for the panko.

Roll the crab mixture into small balls, about the size of half a dollar coin.

Dip each ball into the beaten egg first, then roll them in the panko crumbs until fully coated.
