Crispy Garlic Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup panko crumbs.
03 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
04 - 4 slices of salmon, each about 6 ounces.
05 - 4 tablespoons melted butter.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher works best).
07 - 4 lemon wedges to serve.
08 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped up fine.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F. Mix together the butter and garlic, then pour half of it into the dish you'll bake in.
02 - Combine the Parmesan, panko crumbs, and what's left of the garlic butter together.
03 - Dry the salmon with a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, and place it flat in the dish, skin touching the bottom.
04 - Spread the panko mixture on top of the fish, gently pressing it down so it sticks.
05 - Bake for about 12–16 minutes, until the internal temp hits 135°F and the top looks golden and crispy.
06 - Drizzle the remaining butter over the salmon, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - Use a thermometer to check if the salmon is ready.
02 - Cooking time depends on how thick each piece is.
03 - If the topping slides off, put it back on top!
