Set your oven to 425°F. Mix together the butter and garlic, then pour half of it into the dish you'll bake in.

Combine the Parmesan, panko crumbs, and what's left of the garlic butter together.

Dry the salmon with a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, and place it flat in the dish, skin touching the bottom.

Spread the panko mixture on top of the fish, gently pressing it down so it sticks.

Bake for about 12–16 minutes, until the internal temp hits 135°F and the top looks golden and crispy.

Drizzle the remaining butter over the salmon, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
