Put peanut butter on four bread pieces. Take two with peanut butter and stack them together, then add a plain piece on top. Do this again for your second sandwich.

Remove all crusts to form perfect squares.

Quickly dunk sandwiches in whisked eggs, don't let them soak too long. Place them standing up while you get ready to cook.

Warm oil to low-medium (300°F). Cook each sandwich on every side until golden - edges need about 30 seconds, flat sides need 1-2 minutes.

Enjoy while hot with a pat of butter and drizzled condensed milk.
