Tasty Hong Kong Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 6 slices soft white bread or milk bread
02 - 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
03 - 2 eggs, whisked
04 - 1 cup cooking oil

→ Finishing

05 - 2 tbsp butter
06 - Condensed milk for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Put peanut butter on four bread pieces. Take two with peanut butter and stack them together, then add a plain piece on top. Do this again for your second sandwich.
02 - Remove all crusts to form perfect squares.
03 - Quickly dunk sandwiches in whisked eggs, don't let them soak too long. Place them standing up while you get ready to cook.
04 - Warm oil to low-medium (300°F). Cook each sandwich on every side until golden - edges need about 30 seconds, flat sides need 1-2 minutes.
05 - Enjoy while hot with a pat of butter and drizzled condensed milk.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping peanut butter with Nutella or any spread you like
02 - Honey or maple syrup works great instead of condensed milk
03 - Tastes best right after cooking
