Crispy Air Fryer Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil
02 - 2 cups of any cooked pasta you like (try Barilla Rigatone!)
03 - Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, finely shredded

→ Seasonings

04 - A dash of salt and a sprinkle of pepper
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
07 - 1/2 tsp Italian herb mix
08 - 1/2 tsp onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the pasta package and cook until it has a slight bite (about 12 minutes). Drain and toss it into a big bowl.
02 - Pour in olive oil, toss in all your spices, and throw in Parmesan. Mix it up until it’s all evenly coated.
03 - Set your air fryer to 390°F (198°C) and let it preheat for a couple of minutes.
04 - Lay the seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket, making a single layer. Let it cook for 6 minutes at 390°F.
05 - Give the pasta a mix or a shake, then cook for another 1 to 3 minutes till it turns golden brown and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Keep the pasta pieces roughly the same size to cook them evenly. Toss out any broken ones.
02 - Keep an eye on it during the last couple of minutes to avoid over-crisping.
