Set the oven to 350-375°F and generously coat a 12-muffin tin with olive oil cooking spray.

Line each muffin slot with 5 tater tots. Bake for 10 minutes, then use a shot glass to gently press the center of each to shape them into cups.

Stuff the cups with bacon and grated cheese. Pop them back into the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and bacon edges are crispy.

Cool for a few minutes on a wire rack, then carefully transfer each cup to a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Drizzle yogurt on top and sprinkle with green onion slices. Serve right away while warm.
