Taco Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 packs of frozen phyllo tart shells (15 per pack).
02 - 8 ounces ranch dressing (1 bottle).
03 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar.
04 - 10 ounces of canned diced tomatoes with green chilies, don’t drain them.
05 - 1 ounce packet of taco seasoning mix.
06 - 1 pound of lean ground beef.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Brown the beef in a skillet till there’s no pink left. Get rid of the grease.
03 - Toss the taco seasoning, tomatoes, and chiles into the meat. Give it five minutes to cook.
04 - Mix the ranch and cheese in a bowl. Stir in the seasoned beef once it's done.
05 - Scoop the mixture into the tart shells, straight from the freezer.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or up to 13 if you’re baking them frozen.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep these ahead, freeze them, and bake later.
02 - Keep the shells frozen till you're ready to stuff them.
