Brown the beef in a skillet till there’s no pink left. Get rid of the grease.

Toss the taco seasoning, tomatoes, and chiles into the meat. Give it five minutes to cook.

Mix the ranch and cheese in a bowl. Stir in the seasoned beef once it's done.

Scoop the mixture into the tart shells, straight from the freezer.

Pop them in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or up to 13 if you’re baking them frozen.
