Crispy Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of buttermilk.
02 - Juice from 1 lemon.
03 - Kosher salt—1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon.
04 - A teaspoon of black pepper.
05 - 1.5 to 2 pounds chicken breast.
06 - All-purpose flour, 3 cups.
07 - 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder.
08 - Paprika, 1.5 tablespoons.
09 - Garlic powder, also 1.5 tablespoons.
10 - Spray for cooking.
11 - Parsley, optional for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat your air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Stir together black pepper, 1 tablespoon salt, buttermilk, and lemon juice.
03 - Cut chicken into strips (1/2 an inch thick), marinate for at least 1 hour or keep it soaking overnight.
04 - Combine flour, paprika, baking powder, and garlic. Toss in 1/4 cup marinade so lumps form.
05 - Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mix and place them into the air fryer basket.
06 - Set your air fryer to 350°F. Cook chicken 6 minutes per side until it’s 165°F inside.
07 - Add parsley on top for flair, pair with BBQ dipping sauce, and enjoy.

01 - Use a 250°F oven to keep cooked tenders warm.
02 - Cook one layer at a time for even cooking.
03 - Flour chunks make the coating crispy.
