# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Flavoring

01 - 4 chicken breasts without bones or skin
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 2 Tablespoons olive oil
07 - 2 Tablespoons butter

→ Rich Sauce

08 - 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
09 - 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
13 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
14 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
15 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
16 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
17 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped and drained
18 - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
19 - 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Combine black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Rub this mix all over both sides of your chicken breasts.
02 - Melt butter with olive oil in a big skillet on medium-high. Brown chicken until golden on each side but don't cook through. Save the drippings from the pan.
03 - Stir cornstarch into chicken broth until it's smooth. Pour into slow cooker along with heavy cream, all your spices, and minced garlic.
04 - Put browned chicken in the slow cooker, pour in those saved pan juices and add your chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Let it cook on low for 6-7 hours.
05 - Take out the chicken pieces. Stir parmesan into the sauce until melted. Put chicken back, coat with the creamy sauce, and sprinkle fresh basil on top before you serve.

# Notes:

01 - Always use the low setting for tender results
02 - Browning chicken first creates deeper flavor
03 - Goes great with pasta or a chunk of crusty bread
