Bunny Buns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup (150g) self-rising flour
02 - 1 cup (270g) plain yogurt
03 - A pinch of salt (1/4 teaspoon)
04 - Butter to coat the dish

→ Optional Decoration

05 - Brush with melted butter
06 - Edible marker to make faces

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 180°C (360°F). Mix together yogurt, self-rising flour, and salt in a bowl until dough comes together. Toss in an extra spoonful of flour if it's feeling sticky.
02 - Cut the dough into 6 equal parts (about 70g each). For each piece, make one bigger ball (45g) for the face, and two smaller ones (12g each) to shape the ears. Stretch the smaller ones into short sausage-like shapes.
03 - Grease a large oven dish well with butter. Spread out the 6 bigger dough balls in the dish, making sure they’re pretty evenly spaced—these’ll be faces. Press the ear pieces snugly next to each face ball.
04 - If you like, coat with melted butter before baking. Cook them in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm, and if you’re feeling creative, use an edible marker to add cute faces to each one!

# Notes:

01 - No self-rising flour? Use 1 cup plain flour and add 1 teaspoon baking powder.
02 - Keep the dough in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze it for around four months.
03 - It’s tastiest when eaten warm. The next day, you can microwave it for 10 seconds to heat it back up!
