Easy Lasagna Pan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground meat.
02 - 8 ounces of Italian sausage.
03 - 16 ounces of flat noodles.
04 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up.
05 - 4 cups of red pasta sauce.
06 - 1 shallot, finely chopped.
07 - 2 cups of leafy spinach.
08 - 2 cups of creamy ricotta cheese.
09 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
10 - Grated parmesan, about 1 cup.
11 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella, split up.
12 - A tablespoon of mixed Italian herbs.
13 - Basil leaves for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta until slightly firm, then break into small chunks.
02 - Cook spinach for a few minutes until it softens.
03 - Mix up ricotta with the softened spinach and sprinkle in seasoning.
04 - Cook the sausage and beef together with the garlic and shallot until browned.
05 - Stir marinara with seasonings into the meat. Toss the sauce with noodles and one cup of mozzarella.
06 - Put the noodle mixture in a baking tray, add ricotta dollops, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
07 - Heat in the oven at 350°F for 35 minutes, or until the edges bubble.

01 - Great for prepping the day before.
02 - Use a large baking tray measuring 12x17.
03 - Let it cool a bit before slicing.
