# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - One pre-made tube of pizza dough, weighing 280-320 grams (10-11 oz)
02 - A small amount of olive oil to add a glossy finish

→ Sauce & Cheese

03 - Half a cup of your favorite pizza sauce, homemade or store-bought
04 - One cup of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - A quarter cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ Toppings & Seasonings

06 - A quarter cup of diced pepperoni or any toppings you like best
07 - About one teaspoon of dried oregano
08 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder for extra flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to the temperature recommended on your pizza dough's packaging to get it ready for baking.
02 - Lightly dust your counter or work area with flour, and roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges to make sealing easier when rolling.
04 - Sprinkle on the mozzarella, Parmesan, and your chosen toppings like pepperoni, followed by the oregano and garlic powder. Want to mix it up? Feel free to get creative with your favorite extras!
05 - Start from one of the longer sides and roll the dough tightly into a log shape so the filling stays in place.
06 - Using a sharp knife, cut the log into pieces that are about an inch thick to form spiral-shaped rolls.
07 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it lightly. Place the rolls on the tray, leaving some space between them to expand while baking.
08 - Add a touch of olive oil to the tops to give them a golden and crisp look.
09 - Bake the rolls in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they’re golden-brown and the cheese is bubbling.
10 - Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. For extra fun, dip them in warm pizza sauce to enjoy!
