Easy Tortellini Soup (Print Version)

01 - 4 cups vegetable broth
02 - 4 cups crushed tomatoes

03 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
05 - 1 onion, chopped small

06 - 2 cups tortellini (cheese-filled, fresh or frozen)
07 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
08 - 1 cup heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, and dried basil into your Crockpot.
02 - Close the lid and let it cook—either 6-7 hours on the low setting or 3-4 hours on high.
03 - Mix in the heavy cream and cheese tortellini. Let it cook on high for 30 minutes more or until the tortellini softens.
04 - Ladle the warm soup into bowls, then sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
